We offer two convenient options to receive your products:
1. Delivery (via Daewoo, FastEX, etc. – includes insurance)
-Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,500 and under 1kg
-Delivery charges apply for shipments above 1kg or for panels, inverters, and heavy items
-Orders below Rs. 3,500 are charged Rs. 230 (outside Karachi)
-Cash on Delivery (COD) orders of or below Rs. 3,500 will incur a Rs. 230 COD charge
-If payment is made in advance, COD charge will not apply
-Delivery time: 1 to 7 working days
-Track your order by logging into your account
-Mention any special delivery instructions in the comment box at checkout; our team will coordinate with you
2. In-Store Pickup (Karachi only)
-Available from the next working day for orders placed before 12:00 PM
-Free of charge
Pickup Timings:
-Mon–Thu & Sat: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
-Fri: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM & 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
-No pickups on Sunday
-Pickup only available at our Karachi office
Refund & Return Policy – Alfa Mall
-Refund/Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product
-Processing time for exchanges/returns: up to 2 weeks (excluding shipping)
-In case of wrong delivery or order cancellation, do not open or use the product
-Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable
-Refunds not applicable in case of improper wiring, wrong installation, or usage beyond limits
-If a product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced; if not possible, a full refund will be provided
-Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days with full details via email or phone
-Once a return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified within 5 days regarding approval or rejection of the request
-For items picked up in-store, refunds/exchanges must be done at the same store

Yes, Karachi customers can pick up orders from our office:
Mon–Thu & Sat: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Fri: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM & 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are available next working day.
Refund/Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
