Shipping/Delivery Policy:

We offer two options for receiving products:

  1. Delivery (through Daewoo, fast ex, etc, including insurance facility)
  2. In-store pickup

For Delivery:

  1. Free shipment for orders, which are above 3,500/- and under 1kg.
  2. For orders above 1kg and/or heavy shipment/panels/inverters, charges will be applied accordingly.
  3. Shipment for orders below Rs 3,500/- will be charged Rs 230/- (outside Karachi)
  4. Delivery will be from 1-7 working days
  5. Delivery status can be checked by logging into your account and viewing order status
  6. Special delivery conditions should be mentioned in comments while checking out and team will coordinate
    accordingly.
  7. Cash on delivery services will be charged Rs 230/- in case of cash on delivery on orders of or below 3,500/-. If
    customer transfers product amount beforehand, the charges will not apply.

For In-Store Pickup:

  1. In store pickup can be done the next day of orders placed, however, order must be placed before 12PM the
    previous day
  2. No extra charges will be billed for this service
  3. Timings for order pickup is:
    a. 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday and on Saturday)
    b. 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM then 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM (Friday)
  4. In Store pickup will not be available on Sundays.
  5. In Store pickup is only available for Karachi office.

Refund/Return Policy:

  1. Please contact us in case of any returns/refunds on numbers and email addresses given
  2. Refund/returns will not be entertained after 5 days of receiving product.
  3. Returns/Exchanges may take upto two weeks to process, not including shipping duration
  4. In case of wrong delivery/cancellation of order, do not open or use item. All the items will be exchanged/retrieved accordingly
  5. Only regular priced items can be refunded. On sale items cannot be refunded
  6. Malfunctions as a consequence of basic causes, including but not limited to, improper wiring or installation/operation beyond the specified user limits, are not covered by the Refund/Return policy, as it does not apply to malfunction due to improper handling by customer.
  7. In case of product being determined to be defective, we will repair or exchange the product as needed. If the replacement or exchange of the product is not determined to be practical, customer will be notified of such and a full refund will be issued.
  8. Be sure to inspect product when received. Any damage from shipping is to be reported within 3 days of receiving product. Please contact at given email address/contact number and give full detailed report as it will help us with making sure products arrive to customers in as safe a manner as possible. All damaged items will be replaced/refunded accordingly.
  9. Once any returns are received and inspected, customer will be contacted of the approval or rejection of refund or exchange as per their wishes within 5 days.
  10. If products were picked up from local store, any refunds/exchanges are to be claimed within the store.

FAQs:

All of the products are authentic and sourced directly from the brands themselves or verified third party sellers.
Delivery charges for products over 3,500/- and under 1kg are zero. For packages over 3,500/- and/or over 1kg, transportation will be charged as per package specifications.
Average delivery time line will 1-7 working days.
Cash on delivery for items under 3,500/- and bank transfer in advance is being offered.
Our customer service representatives will call and confirm order within a few hours.
Customer may cancel the order before it has been shipped to it.
If the Customer cancels the order before the status of “It’s Shipped”, any such shipment and liability associated with the same shall remain the seller’s responsibility to pay the shipping charges.
